Services: Mid-term review
A mid-term review can offer you the reassurance that you are on the right track, or help make delivery of your BID more effective, when things aren't working so well.
The standard package comprises an audit of BID internal processes and project delivery and an impartial survey of a selection of BID businesses and stakeholders to test awareness and satisfaction of the BID.
We can tailor reviews to look at a specific aspect of the BID e.g. finance, governance or HR, or offer larger survey sample sizes, or review and evaluate the effectiveness of particular projects.
Services: Project Management
We also offer a project management service for major projects if your BID team does not have the time or specific expertise to deliver.
We can advise from the development of the brief or specification right through to delivery, or can coach your team on how to deliver. Some examples of project delivery:
